Salon Update

At the time of writing, these are some of the revised working practices that we need to follow to ensure the safety and well-being of our team and yourselves, so please bear with us.  We are following guidance from the National Hairdressing Federation and the Government.

Please do not come to your appointment if you feel at all unwell

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

FACE MASKS.  UPDATED NOVEMBER 30TH 2021.  Face masks will  be compulsory from 30th November 2021 for the duration of your visit and until further notice (unless you are exempt)

Please use the hands-free sanitizing unit which on entry and throughout your visit or please feel free to visit the bathroom to wash your hands.

No pets please (unless they are assistance dogs)

Magazines – we no longer offer magazines, but please feel free to bring your kindle or digital reading material.  We do have a TV licence, so you can catch up on your favourite programmes (but please bring earphones)

Social distancing – we are continuing to observe the 2m social distance recommendation

ALLERGY ALERT TESTS

These tests will be required if:

You have had COVID-19 since your last technical service with us

It is your first visit to us for a technical service since 12th April 2021

You have coloured your hair at home during lock-down

You are visiting us for the first time
